This message comes directly from Josh Boyajian. He recently shared some old photos of the Stickney Fire Department's Snorkel, which he dug up from his personal collection. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to track down any specific details about its specs, but he thought it would still be interesting to share these images with us.
Attached to his message were two nostalgic photos taken by his dad back in the 1980s. One image shows the Snorkel at a fire incident on Ridgeland and Cermak in Berwyn. The other photo captures another fire scene along Cermak Road in Berwyn. Both pictures provide a fascinating glimpse into the department's history.
