Following the retirement of Buffalo Grove Fire Department Battalion Chief Brian Barna, the department announced two significant promotions during the village board meeting on Monday, May 6, 2019. Lieutenant Ronald Two Bulls was officially promoted to the rank of battalion chief, while Firefighter Alfredo Caballero was elevated to the position of lieutenant.
