Two internationally advanced brake product line inputs

In May 2004, the brake system company officially launched its state-of-the-art spring brake chamber assembly line and series valve production line. This marked a significant step forward in enhancing both the production capacity and product quality of the two key units. The spring brake air chamber is a critical component of the automobile braking system. Prior to this development, our company faced several challenges: insufficient investment, a basic layout of the assembly area, high physical demands on workers, difficulty in maintaining consistent quality during installation, disorganized logistics, and low overall efficiency. These issues had long hindered the smooth operation of the production process. In 2003, the company made a strategic decision to build an advanced production line. After thorough planning and design by the technical team, the new assembly line was successfully commissioned in May 2004. It utilizes advanced automatic control technology, enabling it to meet the assembly requirements for various specifications of spring brake chambers. This not only significantly reduced the physical burden on workers but also introduced a leak-proof function, ensuring that each unit is free from leaks or other quality defects. The working environment became clean and well-lit, and through process optimization, the production capacity saw a major improvement. The series valve is another top-tier product developed by the company. With high technical complexity, a wide range of models, and large-scale production, it had reached a mature stage. However, the assembly process was previously plagued by arbitrary methods, messy workspaces, frequent collisions between parts, and poor lighting conditions, all of which increased the risk of misinstallation and missing components. In May of this year, the series valve production line was installed and put into operation. This brought the assembly process of the series valves to a new level. The production line follows the internationally popular "U"-shaped layout, further standardizing the workflow. Each workstation is equipped with proper lighting, making the site bright and organized. The logistics flow is now smooth and efficient. Special material racks were also introduced to prevent part collisions, allowing for multi-stream assembly across different models. Overall, this modernization has greatly improved the efficiency, safety, and quality of the entire production process.
