Double oblique belt ignition furnace is one of the most widely used energy-saving ignition furnaces in China.
(I) Structure Introduction The double-slant belt type ignition furnace is a lower open box-shaped hood structure, which is divided into an ignition section and a heat preservation section. A flat top type, dual ignition skew segment crown mounted burners, all the combustion air required for the coal, high furnace temperature. The holding section can slowly lower the temperature of the surface of the sinter layer to maintain the quality of the sinter while feeding the air required for the combustion of the coke powder in the layer. Due to the difference in temperature and pressure regimes between the two sections, a partition wall is placed in the middle of the two sections, see figure.

(II) Performance characteristics The performance characteristics are as follows:
(1) The advanced technology of direct ignition of strip flame by double oblique electric burner, the flame zone has high combustion temperature and uniform temperature field, and the solid fuel on the surface of the mixture can obtain faster and uniform combustion, so the ignition heat efficiency is high. The ignition quality is good, the ignition gas consumption is small, and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
(2) The nozzle mixing type rotary burner used has short flame, stable combustion, large adjustment ratio, and can achieve complete combustion and safe production under the condition of low air excess coefficient and low gas pressure. long life.
(3) For different raw material conditions, equipment conditions and different gas conditions, double oblique burners with different flame belt widths and different flame belt temperatures can be equipped, so the double inclined belt ignition furnace has strong adaptability and wide application range.
(4) The requirements for impurities such as ash and tar in the gas are not strict, and it is especially suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises with low gas purification.
(5) The furnace height is low, the volume is small, the equipment quality is light, the service life is long, the construction and installation period is short, and the small and medium-sized ignition furnace can be replaced as a whole, which is convenient for technical transformation.
(6) The operation is safe and reliable, the working conditions are good, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.
(3) Use effect
Since the advent of the double-slanted-type ignition furnace in the early 1990s, nearly 100 units have been promoted and used from 18m 2 to 450m 2 sintering machines. Compared with traditional ignition furnaces, the energy saving range is generally between 35% and 58%. In the meantime, the service life of the ignition furnace is generally maintained at about 4 years. Except for the extra large one, the water-cooled beam is generally canceled, and good economic and social benefits have been achieved. Take Su Gang and Baosteel as examples to illustrate their use.
(1) steel plant Suzhou 18m 2 ignition furnace of the sintering machine. In January 1990, Sugang made a technical transformation of the No. 1 sintering machine ignition furnace. After 21 months of operation, it conducted a comprehensive thermal test.
The output and quality of the sinter remained unchanged, the ignition energy consumption decreased by 59.16%, and the annual coke oven gas consumption was 166×10 4 m 3 /a, which was calculated by the gas price of 0.2 yuan m 3 . The economic benefit reached 332,000 yuan / a.
(2) Baosteel No. 2 (450m 2 ) ignition furnace. Baosteel No. 2 was put into production in June 1991, and the line furnace burner (lime burner) introduced by Kawasaki was used. The ignition energy consumption is indeed very low, generally 2.85 to 2.1 m 3 (coke oven gas) / t, but because the burner is easy to be cracked and deformed, the service life is only 3 to 5 months. The burner nozzle is also commonly blocked and must be cleaned regularly. In addition, due to insufficient heating capacity of the burner, the width of the flame belt is insufficient. There is no insulation section, so compared with the No. 1 machine, the technical economy means poor recovery. In July 1994, the No. 2 machine ignition furnace was technically modified, and a double inclined belt type ignition furnace was adopted. It can be seen from the comparison that after switching to the double-slanted belt ignition furnace, the output, quality and process energy consumption of the sinter are improved, and the service life of the ignition furnace is greatly improved.
