Fire crews responded to a house fire on the 35,000 block of N. Hunt in Ingleside around 11 p.m. on December 10th, 2020. The first arriving units faced intense flames, multiple rescues, and water supply challenges. Command quickly escalated the incident, bringing in additional resources and personnel. Tragically, two young girls lost their lives in the fire, while four adults were taken to local hospitals in serious to critical condition. A GoFundMe has been created to support the family during this difficult time—titled "Evans Family Fire Fundraiser."
