Product Description
The XD series vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane oil-sealed vacuum pump, widely used in low and medium vacuum applications. It can be used independently or as a forepump for other vacuum pumps such as mechanical booster pumps or turbo molecular pumps.
These pumps are ideal for pumping air and dry gases but are not suitable for corrosive, toxic, flammable, or explosive gases. They also cannot handle gases with particles or dust, nor can they transport small objects.
The XD series vacuum pumps are designed to operate continuously in well-ventilated environments with ambient temperatures between 5°C and 30°C, and humidity levels below 80%. Additional applications include:
- Combining with Roots pumps to increase pumping capacity and improve vacuum level.
- Using a condenser before the pump when handling moist or condensable gases, along with a gas ballast valve.
- Installing dust filters if the gas contains particles or dust.
- Adding corrosion-resistant gas filters when dealing with corrosive gases.

A: T/T and Alibaba Payment are acceptable.
6. Q: How do you pack the products?
A: We use standard export packaging. If you have special requirements, we will pack accordingly, but additional costs will be borne by the customer.

A: It depends on the quantity of pumps. Usually, it takes 15 days after receiving the prepayment. We will confirm again once production starts.
8. Q: How to install after the equipment arrives at the destination?
A: We will provide installation instructions with the goods. Please follow them carefully during installation.
9. Q: How long is the warranty period for your products?
A: 12 months from the date of leaving the factory, against non-artificial quality issues.
