YWC Series Oily Water Treatment MachineApplication 1:
The YWC series oily water treatment machine, also known as a 15ppm marine oil-water separator or 15ppm bilge water separator, is an environmentally friendly device designed in accordance with the standards of IMO MEPC 107(49). This means that the oil content in the effluent water must be less than or equal to 15ppm. It's a high-tech solution for protecting marine environments and effectively processes bilge water containing various types of fuel oil, heavy residual oil, and emulsified liquid mixtures composed of ferric oxide and surfactants. The treatment flow rate ranges from 0.25m³ to 5m³. With nine models available, the smallest model YWC-0.25 is suitable for ships with displacement under 1000T, while the largest model YWC-5.00 can accommodate large vessels with displacement over 300,000T.
Application 2:
This machine is widely used in sewage treatment at ports, wharves, industrial and mining enterprises. It includes fine filtration for large amounts of oilfield reinjection water, filtration and advanced treatment of circulating cooling water in power plants and petrochemical plants, advanced treatment for oil refineries and sewage treatment plants, and filtration treatment for water supply and drainage systems in metallurgy and coal industries. It meets the requirements of national environmental protection agencies for discharge standards.

It offers fast and efficient oil-water separation using corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant stainless steel diffusers with porous structures and corrugated small oil droplet coalescers with excellent mechanical strength to separate oil and water quickly and efficiently.
Its water purification system operates through a four-stage process: first stage by inclined plate and gravity separation, second by fiber filter, third by closed-type fiber filter separation, and last by ultrafiltration membrane separation. This ensures the purified water meets its effluent standard.
The water purification system is equipped with a backwashing device to clean hydrophilic and oleophobic filter materials promptly, ensuring effective use of the fiber filter and extending its service life.
This machine is equipped with comprehensive protection devices, and its executive components provide protection against pressure, power cuts, overvoltage, and undervoltage, ensuring normal operation and preventing accidents.
It is highly automated and labor-saving. It uses an advanced moisture transducer to control the drainage of the oily water separator. When the water level reaches a preset height after oil and water are separated, the water pump automatically starts to drain the water into the water purification system for processing.
