YWC Series Oily Water Treatment MachineApplication 1:
The YWC series oily water treatment machine, also known as a 15ppm marine oil-water separator or 15ppm bilge water separator, is an environmentally friendly device developed in accordance with the standards of IMO MEPC 107(49), ensuring that the oil content in the effluent water is less than or equal to 15ppm. This high-tech equipment is designed for marine environmental protection and can effectively process bilge water containing various types of fuel oils, high-density residual oils, and emulsified liquid mixtures composed of ferric oxide and surfactants. The treatment flow rate ranges from 0.25m3 to 5m3. There are nine models available, with the smallest model YWC-0.25 suitable for ships with a displacement of less than 1000T, and the largest model YWC-5.00 appropriate for large marine vessels with a displacement over 300,000T.
Application 2:
This equipment is used in sewage treatment at ports, wharfs, industrial and mining enterprises, including fine filtration for large volumes of oilfield reinjection water, filtration and advanced treatment for circulating cooling water in power plants and petrochemical plants, advanced treatment for oil refineries and sewage treatment plants, and filtration for water supply and drainage systems in metallurgical and coal industries. It meets the requirements of national environmental protection agencies for discharge standards.

The machine combines fast filtration, high-efficiency oil-water separation, oil coalescing, water purification, and backwashing technology. It is easy to operate and reliable.
It provides fast and efficient oil-water separation using corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant stainless steel diffusers with porous structures and corrugated oil droplet coalescers with excellent mechanical strength to separate oil and water quickly and efficiently.
Its water purification system uses a four-stage treatment process: first by inclined plate and gravity separation, then by fiber filter, followed by closed-type fiber filter separation, and finally by ultrafiltration membrane separation, ensuring the purified water meets its effluent standard.
The system includes a backwashing device to clean hydrophilic and oleophobic filter materials promptly, ensuring effective filtration and extending the service life of the filters.
The machine is equipped with comprehensive protection devices, providing protection against pressure, power cuts, overvoltage, and undervoltage, ensuring safe operation and preventing accidents.
It is highly automated and labor-saving, using advanced moisture transducers to control the drainage of the oily water separator. When the water level reaches a preset height after oil and water separation, the water pump automatically starts to drain the water into the water purification system for further processing.
