Product Description
The XD series vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane oil-sealed vacuum pump, widely used in low and medium vacuum applications. It can operate independently or serve as a forepump for other vacuum pumps, such as mechanical booster pumps or turbo molecular pumps.
These pumps are ideal for pumping air and dry gases but are not suitable for corrosive, toxic, flammable, or explosive gases. They also cannot handle gases containing fine particles or dust, nor can they transport small objects.
Designed for long-term operation, the XD series works efficiently in well-ventilated environments with ambient temperatures between 5°C and 30°C and humidity below 80%. Additional applications include:
- Combining with Roots pumps to enhance pumping capacity and vacuum level.
- Using a condenser and gas ballast valve when dealing with moist or condensable gases.
- Installing dust filters for dusty environments.
- Adding corrosion-resistant filters for corrosive gas applications.
