Because sometimes individual indicators are unqualified, their comprehensive indicators may be qualified. In addition, the test for continuous measurement can reflect the gear error more comprehensively than the discontinuous measurement index, and the comprehensive test is closer to the gear use than the single test, and the measurement efficiency is also high. When selecting a comprehensive tolerance project, only one item is required in each tolerance group. If a single index is selected, in addition to the low-precision grade gear, in order to comprehensively evaluate the gear precision, it should be combined, for example, the combination of â–³Fr and â–³Fw .
Since the gear is a geometrically complex part, the factors affecting the error may be equivalent or not equivalent. If the error of the single item is out of tolerance and the comprehensive error of the screw unit is not exceeded, the gear is judged to be a qualified product. If △F′′i and △Fw or △Fr and △Fw are used for evaluation, if one of the indicators is out of tolerance, one item is qualified, the gear should not be scrapped, but should be △F?i or △Fp Comment. Because it is considered that the geometric eccentricity and the motion eccentricity on the same gear may overlap or cancel each other, if △F?i or △Fp is qualified, the gear is qualified.
