1. How can we place an order?
After we agree on the product's surface finish and price, we will issue a proforma invoice for your confirmation. Once we receive your advance payment (deposit), we will start production.

If you have your own shipping forwarder, we will use their services to deliver the goods. If not, once the goods arrive at the destination port, you must find a shipping forwarder to help clear customs.

2. What are your payment terms?

30% deposit in advance via T/T, and 70% upon completion of the goods. Small amounts can be paid via PayPal, Escrow, or Western Union. Please confirm everything clearly before making a payment.
