5.Packing & Delivery
We use international standard packaging. There is a carton, with an outer wooden case. The packing is fumigated to prevent bugs. A box inside a machine, the ice machine and ice storage library are packaged separately.

1. How can we place an order?
After agreeing on the product's finish and price, we will issue a proforma invoice for your confirmation. Once we receive your advance payment (deposit), we will start production.

If you have your own shipping forwarder, we will use your forwarder to deliver the goods. If not, when the goods arrive at the destination port, you must find a shipping forwarder to help clear customs.

2. What's your payment term?

30% deposit in advance via T/T, balance 70% paid when goods are ready. Small payments can be made via PayPal, Escrow, or Western Union. Please confirm everything clearly before making the payment.
