Why Choose Us?
1. The first step is to locate the foreign object that caused the puncture.
2. Remove the object carefully from the tire.
3. Apply 2-3 drops of rubber cement on the reamer tip and insert it into the puncture. Twist and move it in and out to clean the area and prepare it for the plug. This may be challenging at first, but it helps enlarge the hole so the plug can fit properly.
4. Take the repair string (about 70mm long) and roll it into the needle eye. Apply 2-3 drops of rubber cement to the needle end and push it into the puncture. Make sure only about a quarter-inch of the string remains outside the tire.
5. Turn the handle 1/4 turn and pull the needle out. The plug should stay inside. Trim the excess string to about 1/8 inch.
6. Use an air compressor to inflate the tire back to the correct pressure. Your tire is now ready to use again.
Notice
This repair kit is suitable for small punctures only, not larger than 1/4". It is a temporary solution. For permanent repairs, consider replacing the inner tube or using professional services.
Do not attempt to repair sidewall punctures as they are not safe.
