1, the significance of cool rice
If hot rice is delivered directly without cold rice, it will reduce the storage safety. In particular, refined rice (cold and wet glazing), polished rice, wet-processed rice, and processed rice during the rainy or hot seasons will generate heat, agglomerates, mildew, and insects in a short period of time, accelerating “stalingâ€. Until it spoils. At the end of the last century, domestic rice generally used woven bags instead of sacks. Because the air permeability and heat dissipation of the former were poorer than those of the latter, it was particularly important to pack the cool rice.
Cool rice is mainly used to reduce the temperature of rice, both loose and wet (reducing moisture) and sucking away the floating raft in the rice stream (especially the rice with the precision of less than the top grade rice).
2, cool rice technology
The technical difficulty of requesting cool rice: it is necessary to effectively reduce the rice temperature, but also to prevent sudden cooling and cause the rice cracks. There are mainly the following technical requirements.
(l) Cooling: The standard rice is less than 3°C lower than room temperature and less than 5°C high-precision rice.
(2) Dispersion: The water level of the outlet rice is less than 0.2% lower than that of brown rice.
(3) Increased crack grain: The exit standard is 2% lower than the incoming meter, while the high-precision rice is lower than 3%.
In addition, cool rice is required to have low energy consumption, high equipment operation rate, convenient operation and management, and the miller's adaptability to milled rice flow has good fluctuation. When the rice milling process equipment is the same, the flow rate difference between different grades of processing accuracy is quite large. If the flow rate of processing a standard meter is 1.0, then the flow rate for processing two meters is about 1.3, the premium meter is about 0.8, the outlet special two meters is about 0.6, and the special one meter is close to 0.5.
