The three-eccentric high-performance seal butterfly valve is a new generation of sealing butterfly valves independently developed by our company, incorporating advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources. Depending on the different types of seal assemblies in the body, there are three variations: 1. The first type features a multi-level compound seal structure. The seal ring is composed of layered stainless steel sheets and an elastic sealing gasket, combining the advantages of metal hard seals and elastic seals. The seat sealing face undergoes integral overlay welding with temperature and corrosion-resistant alloy materials. The contact surface between the seal ring and seat uses a "cone-in-cone" design with bevel cones. The contact angle between the seal ring and metal seat creates a slight "wedge effect," enabling flexible movement and radial compression of the seal ring. This ensures a tight shut-off with minimal torque, offering high reliability, stability, and a long service life for the sealing face. 2. The second type utilizes a soft seal structure. Its design is similar to the multi-level compound seal butterfly valve, but the seal ring is made of integral PTFE materials, making it ideal for applications requiring frequent operation and high resistance to corrosion. It ensures that its service life matches that of the pipe in thermal systems. 3. The third type adopts a metal hard seal structure. The sealing pair contains no non-metallic components. Both the seat and seal ring undergo Stellite overlay welding, ensuring anti-erosion properties during use. The sealing pair employs a "hard-contact-hard" structure. Once the valve is closed, no adjustment is needed through the closing position, resulting in highly reliable sealing. These valves are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, light industry, oil terminals, metallurgy, and power generation. Features: 1. Compact Design: Small size, lightweight, and easy maintenance. 2. Smooth Flow Channel: Low flow resistance, low pressure drop, and high flow capacity. 3. Three-Eccentric Multi-Level Compound Seal Butterfly Valve: Utilizes a unique cam effect, allowing the seat to disengage completely from the disc seal ring without friction during the 90-degree travel. - Three-Eccentric Soft Seal Butterfly Valve: The sealing pair is made of integral PTFE materials, suitable for applications where medium cleanliness is high, and frequent valve operations are required. It ensures that the service life is comparable to that of the pipe in thermal systems. - Three-Eccentric Metal Seal Butterfly Valve: The sealing pair adopts a full metal seal structure. The sealing pair uses a "hard-contact-hard" structure as shown in figure 1 of the pneumatic three-eccentric butterfly valve. The seal has a long service life and is suitable for extreme working temperatures, severe erosion, and conditions involving "crystallization." 4. Strong Anti-Wear Performance: The disc features a three-eccentric structure, and the sealing face is subjected to hard alloy overlay welding, providing excellent wear resistance. 5. Ferro Molybdenum
