Swedish Volvo Truck Company plans to cut production

After claiming victories in Xiamen, Hohhot, and Yinchuan, the "LeVO Power Team" once again proved its strength by standing on the national championship stage at Shenyang Station. This achievement highlights not only their competitive edge but also their consistent performance across multiple events. Revo Power has been a proud sponsor for four consecutive years in the National Truck Contest, which has taken place six times so far. Each time, the team delivered impressive results while also embracing the nation's commitment to energy efficiency and emission reduction. They have actively contributed to the development of green energy technologies, showcasing their dedication to sustainable innovation. As an engine manufacturer that incorporates Perkins technology, Revo Power is committed to independent research and development. Their focus lies on creating high-performance, low-emission green engines. Collaborating with AVL, a leading global company in internal combustion engine design, they have successfully developed two diesel engines tailored to meet European and North American non-road emission standards. These include a mechanical pump system with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) technology and a four-valve high-pressure common rail system. The mechanical pump model integrates BOSCH VE injection pumps and injectors, along with German HUBER EGR technology and an electronic control unit (ECU). It also features a Honeywell turbocharger, enabling it to meet EU Stage 3A and EPA Tier 3 emissions requirements. The engine offers power outputs ranging from 60 to 115 kW and comes with both EU and U.S. emission compliance certifications. On the other hand, the four-valve high-pressure common rail engine utilizes a four-valve intake and exhaust system, overhead camshaft, and BOSCH’s advanced common rail technology. This ensures precise fuel injection and optimal air-fuel mixing, making it easy to meet EU Stage 3A and EPA Tier 3 emission standards. The engine delivers up to 200 kW of power. Furthermore, Revo Power has already started developing prototypes that are designed to meet the next generation of emission standards, with the potential to achieve Tier 5 compliance. To better serve generator users, Revo Power has upgraded its diesel engines for power generation. These engines feature STANDEYNE injection pumps and are integrated into the global STANDEYNE service network, ensuring customers receive top-notch support. In addition, the company continues to develop power generation diesel engines that comply with both EU and EPA emission standards. As the “heart” of mobile machinery, Revo Power is driving the global shift toward energy-saving and emission-reduction solutions. With world-class expertise and cutting-edge equipment, Lovol Power provides high-performance engines for China’s light trucks, medium trucks, buses, as well as non-road equipment like agricultural and construction machinery. Their commitment to innovation and sustainability makes them a key player in the global automotive and industrial sectors.
