High Efficient XZS Flour Vibrating Screen Vibro Sieve
Introduction
   This circular rotary vibrating screen is a high precision sieve filter machine that uses a vertical vibrating motor as its vibration source. It can be widely used in various industries requiring the sieving and filtering of powder, particles, and liquid, such as milk powder, flour, soybean powder, medicine powder, cosmetics, quicklime, juice, salt, sugar, and sewage.
Principle
   This circular vibrating screen uses a horizontal vibration motor or a special vibration exciter as its vibration source. The horizontal vibration motor and vibration exciter have an eccentric block on both their upper and lower sides. By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the material on the screen can change its movement locus, achieving optimal screening performance.

2. The movement locus and vibration amplitude are both adjustable, making it suitable for rough screening or fine filtration depending on the material application.
3. The screening machine has a diameter ranging from 500 to 2000 mm, and the overall size is compact. Wheels can be added for easy mobility.
4. The screen frame is specially designed for quick screen changes, taking only 5-10 minutes. The stainless steel wire woven mesh is easy to clean and operate, with a long lifespan.
5. A completely enclosed structure limits particulate matter pollution in the air.
6. The discharge outlet can rotate 360 degrees, facilitating the installation of matching equipment.
7. The energy consumption is low, and the noise level can reach as low as 73-80 dB.
8. During operation, if a short circuit, phase loss, or unstable voltage occurs, the motor will automatically cut off power to prevent damage to the motor.
9. The motor's protection grade complies with IP65, meaning it is dustproof and waterproof. It is also heatproof and oilproof.
