High Efficient XZS Flour Vibrating Screen Vibro Sieve
Introduction
   This circular rotary vibrating screen is a high precision sieve filter machine that uses a vertical vibrating motor as its vibration source. It can be widely used in various industries requiring sieving and filtering of powder, particles, and liquids, such as milk powder, flour, soybean powder, medicine powder, cosmetics, quicklime, juice, salt, sugar, sewage, etc.
Principle
   This circular vibrating screen uses a horizontal vibration motor or a special vibration exciter as the vibration source. The horizontal vibration motor and vibration exciter have an eccentric block on both their upper and lower sides. By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the material on the screen can change the movement locus, achieving suitable screening performance.

1. Our circular vibrating screen has excellent screening precision, with an average blocking rate of less than 10%.
2. Both the movement locus and vibration amplitude are adjustable. It can handle any granular, powdery, or liquid materials for rough screening or fine filtration depending on the application.
3. The screening machine ranges from 500 to 2000 mm in diameter, with a compact design. Wheels can be added for easy mobility.
4. The screen frame is specially designed, allowing screen changes in just 5-10 minutes. The stainless steel wire woven net is easy to clean and operate, with a long lifespan.
5. A completely enclosed structure minimizes particulate matter pollution in the air.
6. The discharge outlet can rotate 360 degrees, facilitating the installation of matching equipment.
7. The energy consumption is low, and noise levels can reach as low as 73-80 dB.
8. If a short circuit, phase loss, or unstable voltage occurs during operation, the motor will automatically cut off power to prevent damage, reducing electrical element damage to a minimal level.
9. The motor's protection grade meets IP65, making it dustproof, waterproof, heat-resistant, and oil-resistant.
