Water meter reading policy background At present, China's smart water meters and meter development are still very slow, and now 90% of water meters are manual meter reading. In 1998, the State issued a document requesting the measurement of households, but it has not been implemented. In 2002, relevant departments such as the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Water Resources demanded the realization of a stepped water price by 2005, but it has not been implemented successfully. From a local point of view, some areas have begun to implement the ladder water prices, such as Sichuan Province has long-term planning, including how to design a water supply, how to accept, and the acceptance criteria of each table. The city of Changsha has begun requiring all new forms to be equipped with telemeters, and all ordinary forms will be changed to remote forms within 3-5 years. Recently, the State Grid issued a document requesting the promotion of four-in-one work. In general, the prospects for copying on the four tables are bright, but the roads are winding.

Water meter remote meter reading The current water meter installation environment is very bad, there are open-air, surface, the environment is dry, but also wet. Many people have never seen where their water meters are installed. Some of our remote watches were flooded and the data was gone. Therefore, we recommend an external antenna. Water meters have always struggled with the environment, not technology. In addition, in terms of measuring media, tap water has surface water, surface water, etc. Most of the northern part is groundwater, and 108 indicators need to be tested. The water in each city is very different. For some water meters with valves, this issue is relatively large. The electric medium is almost the same throughout the world, so the accuracy of the meter can be very high, and the water meter cannot, because the medium is too different. Many countries can use volumetric water meters, but domestic water companies cannot use them. Volumetric water meters have high accuracy, but a little sand can't be used. Therefore, we put the high-precision volumetric water meter on the drinking water. For power supply, the water meter uses battery power. As a smart meter company, 30% of our energy is devoted to circuit research, and 70% of the energy is researched on waterproof and moisture proof.

Water meters have many calibers, many installation methods and installation environments. Different user requirements, companies produce a variety of water meters, unlike electricity, the national requirements. There is no uniform standard for water meters. We have produced more than 100 varieties of watches. With respect to communications, electricity is doing very well. It is possible to monitor the communication of each watch and have a network card. But the water meter is not the case, the measurement bureau is no matter what the communication, the concentrator does not have the place to measure, will cause the thing that everybody makes can only be connected with oneself. Therefore, we also call for how to harmonize water meter communication conventions from the national technical level so as to achieve interoperability.
