Product Description The ZJGH-35S drilling mud manifold is a high-performance system designed for oil and gas drilling operations. It includes components such as the Z23Y-35/100 and Z23Y-35/50 mud valves, high-pressure spherical unions, core unions, tees, high-pressure hoses, elbows, pressure gauges, and pup joints. The ground valve group features a gooseneck-type tee, which ensures a compact design with minimal fluid resistance and maximum efficiency. The rigid valve group can be directly used as a single pipe on site with an adaptor spool. The high-pressure unions are made from high-strength alloy steel and heat-treated for durability. They are manufactured using special machinery to ensure tight make-up and easy disassembly. The fine-machined sphere and core work in conjunction with O-rings to provide a reliable seal. The sealing surfaces of the Z23Y-5000psi mud valve are reinforced with hard alloy overlays to resist erosion and corrosion, extending the valve's lifespan and improving operational ease. All critical parts, including elbows, reducing pipes, tees, and crosses, are made from high-strength alloy steel and heat-treated to meet strength and corrosion requirements. High-precision components are produced using specialized technology, and all pressure-containing parts undergo hydrostatic testing before assembly to ensure quality and safety. Operating Instructions 1. Clean and grease both the sealing face and groove of the unions, and clean the inside of the pipeline. 2. Ensure all connecting points are securely fastened. Maintenance 1. Inject grease into the mud gate valve at regular intervals. 2. Check all connection points and fixing bolts periodically. 3. Replace seals immediately if leakage is detected. 4. Keep the outer surface of the manifold clean and apply regular painting to prevent rust. Note: The Z23Y-5000PSI metal-seated mud gate valve is only intended for shutoff use and should not be used as a choke valve, as this may damage the sealing surface. GROUND CONTROL ASSEMBLY During testing, fluid should be safely directed into the separator and burner after passing through the drill pipe or tubing. This assembly, known as the control assembly, allows for safe and effective control of pressure and flow rate. 1. Control Head - Available in rotary and non-rotary types, and rated at 35MPa, 70MPa, and 105MPa. - Allows high-pressure fluid to exit the string and also enables pumping into the well. 2. Rigid Manifold - Connects to the control head above and the separator and blowout pipeline below. - Working pressures include 35MPa, 70MPa, and 105MPa, with test pressures of 70MPa, 105MPa, and 140MPa. 3. Active Manifold - Connects the control head, rigid manifold, and blowout pipeline. - Made from EUE seamless steel pipe unions and active elbows. - Regular inspection, lubrication, and replacement of sealing rings are essential for safe operation.
