Ultrafine Ball Mill Classification Production Line for Limestone, Dolomite, and Marble!
This advanced production line is designed to process limestone, dolomite, and marble efficiently. The process begins with raw material washing and natural drying, followed by primary crushing using a jaw crusher and secondary crushing via a hammer mill, reducing the material to 2mm in size. The crushed material is then conveyed into a raw material silo using elevating equipment, and fed into the ultrafine ball mill through a frequency-controlled belt feeding system. As the ball mill rotates, the grinding media inside crush and grind the material into fine powder.
The ground material is sent to a micro-powder classifier via a bucket elevator for the first stage of classification. Coarse particles are separated at this stage, while finer particles with small amounts of coarse material are carried upward for secondary classification in the turbine area. After passing through a stepped gear system, the qualified fine powder is collected using a cyclone collector and a bag filter. Coarse particles are returned via a screw conveyor back to the ball mill for further grinding.
