If you need, we are glad to offer you samples for free, but new clients are expected to pay the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.
4. Can you make machining according to our drawing?
Yes, we can produce based on your drawing, 2D or 3D CAD model. If a 3D model is provided, tooling development can be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still make samples based on 2D drawings.
5. What's the delivery time?
A:Normally, 3-7 working days for sample. 12-30 working days for mass production.
If any urgent parts, we can provide preferential processing and control the delivery time as required.
6. What quality control devices do you have in house?
We have a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile test machine to control mechanical properties, and UT Sonic for NDT checking to detect surface defects.
