Sanderson developed loose dryer

Swiss Sanderson recently developed SANTASHRINK loose dryer. The device is a dryer with hanging nozzles, with a pre-shrinking effect.

The device has a hot air circulating air velocity of 18 m2/s or more (depending on the machine configuration), a compact space and a uniform temperature distribution. The discharge of humid air in the box and the input of fresh air are controlled by computers. The 100 mm thick box wall panel effectively reduces external heat radiation. The alternating arrangement of the hot air nozzles causes the fabric to move forward in a wave-like manner on the mesh belt. The regular turning of the fabric helps to increase the pre-shrinking and relaxation effects.
