The “Q345-Q420MPa Grade High-strength Weathering H-shaped Steel Product Development” project successfully solved the technical problems of the high incidence of weather-resistant steel beam blank continuous casting and bonded steel leakage and the high incidence of surface cracks of shaped blanks, meeting the mass production requirements of defect-free weathering and hot rolling. Requirements for H-beams: Successfully developed hot-rolled H-beams with high toughness and high weathering resistance of 345MPa and 420MPa grades, and reached the leading level of domestic high-strength and weather-resistant profiles.

The development of a high-strength 400-500MPa class high-strength series seismic rebar has successfully developed a series of 400-500MPa high-strength series seismic rebars, forming a complete set of innovative technologies for the production of high-strength series seismic rebars using low-cost production processes.
