China's fuel cell cars will be mass produced

The "Beyond No. 2" fuel cell car developed by Shanghai Tongji University will be put into mass production next year.
At the Shanghai Industrial Fair, the “Beyond No. 2” fuel cell car attracted a large audience and became a highlight exhibit. At first glance, it is no different from the Santana 3000, but Professor Sun Zechang, deputy dean of the Tongji University Automobile Institute, told reporters that its core is the fuel cell engine - "drink" is hydrogen, after low-temperature combustion, generate electricity and thus Drive the car, "spit" out of pure water, without any pollution. According to reports, “Beyond No. 2” is Tongji University’s masterpiece after it developed China’s first fuel cell sedan “Beyond No. 1” last year. The maximum speed of driving on the experimental platform was 118 kilometers. From 0 to the maximum speed, it took 24.8 seconds and the driving range was 168 kilometers.
"Beyond the 2nd" participated in the International Bibelden Clean Car Challenge in mid-October and competed with foreign fuel cell cars. The vehicle has been tested to achieve Class A level in terms of pollution emissions, CO2 emissions, noise, snakes and fuel economy, and won 5 individual technical awards, which indicates that China's fuel cell car technology has entered the world advanced ranks.
