The glue supply system consists of a special storage tank pump and a flow control valve.
The storage box is made of stainless steel, which is beautiful in appearance and resistant to glue corrosion, easy to clean and maintain. The glue can be filled twice per shift to meet the needs of the compound foil machine.
The pump uses phase water power of 90 bounds. A float switch is installed on the rubber disc to control the liquid level of the rubber disc and stop the supply of glue.
The circuit is equipped with a start button and a pump safety protection element.
The amount of glue supplied is set by the flow control regulating valve. To prevent the backflow of the glue, a check valve is installed.
In order to facilitate the maintenance of the glue supply system, a bypass line is added to return the remaining glue in the rubber supply tray to the storage tank to avoid unnecessary waste due to maintenance.
When the rubber disc needs to be supplied with glue, the operator only needs to start the rubber pump, and the glue can supply the glue to the rubber disc through the pipeline check valve flow regulating valve. When the set liquid level is reached, the float switch floats and the power is turned off, and the glue pump is stopped to supply glue. When you need to refill the glue, just press the start switch.
