The 500,000 engines and 500,000 gearbox manufacturing projects jointly developed by Mianyang Xinchen Power Machinery Co., Ltd. and Mianyang Xinhua Internal Combustion Engine Co., Ltd. were recently signed in the high-tech zone of Mianyang City. The project plans to invest a total of 1.05 billion yuan, the two companies use their own technology investment and construction.
The company will eventually build a production base for key components such as 500,000 engines and 500,000 gearboxes annually, and will achieve an annual output value of more than 3 billion yuan after it is put into production.
It may be enacted during the year or early next year. The foreseeable policies include: 13 pilot cities have introduced supporting programs for new energy vehicles: capital, power station construction, tax relief, and pass-through.
