Q: What is the MOQ of your company?
A: For prototype making, 1 piece is the basic quantity to start with.
Q: What kind of 3D files would you need?
A: We require a completed 3D file in STP, IGS, or X_T format to ensure accurate and fast quotation. You probably already have the file ready.
Q: How do I know my 3D files are protected?
A: Our company uses an advanced data security system to protect all client data. We can also sign an NDA to ensure your information remains confidential.
Q: What is the flow of your company after I place an order?
A: First, the 3D files are given to programming engineers to create the CNC tool path. Then, our engineers prepare a list of materials needed and send it to the CNC machining center.
Next, once the part is machined, it is sent to the post-finishing center to remove burrs. Finally, if you need effects like painting, silk-printing, anodizing, sand-blasting, plating, laser-etching, etc., we can handle those as per your request.
