Recently, the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association organized an expert appraisal of “160M3 Large Inflatable Mechanical Stirring Flotation Machine Research” jointly completed by Beijing Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. in Beijing.

The participating experts carefully reviewed the relevant technical documents, identification materials and listened to the report in detail. After questioning and replying, the experts of the appraisal committee fully discussed. Experts believe that the key technology and innovation of the equipment are: the impeller stator structure of the single object. The impeller adopts high specific revolution rear inclined blade, large circulation low pressure head, full slurry suspension, uniform distribution of ore particles; low yin and direct suspension stator, stable radial flow; innovative double foam and double push cone Body structure. The inner foam groove has the function of pushing foam to ensure the smooth introduction of the flotation foam in time, which is beneficial to shorten the foam conveying distance and increase the foam thickness, and the foam layer is stable; the pre-distributed directional flow air distributor. The air is evenly dispersed, the flow path of the aerated slurry mixture is reasonable, the bubble surface area is large, and the flotation efficiency is high.

The slurry level and aeration amount of the equipment are automatically controlled, the operation is convenient, the operation is stable, the index is stable, and the energy saving effect is obvious. Industrial test and production application results show that: the performance indicators and technical and economic indicators of the engraved equipment have reached the international level. The engraving project enriches and perfects the similar magnification theory of large flotation machines, laying a theoretical foundation and practical basis for the whole series of design of 160M3 flotation machine to worry about and improve equipment reliability.

The successful development of this equipment has filled the gap in the research, design, manufacture and application of super large flotation machines in China, providing efficient and reliable flotation equipment for the construction of new large-scale concentrating plants and old factories in China, which can significantly improve mines in China.
